Brainyhublysharp provides professional education services as described on this site. Schedules, instructors, and materials may change; we will communicate material changes to enrolled participants through the contact information they provide.

You must provide accurate information in forms. You may not attempt to disrupt classes, obtain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse other participants' data. We may remove participants who jeopardize learning integrity or safety.

Site content, curricula, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, recording for resale, or public rebroadcast without written permission is not allowed.

Information on this site is for general education. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Outcomes depend on individual effort, employer context, and external factors; we avoid absolute performance claims. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, other warranties may be disclaimed except where non-waivable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific program directly at issue in the six months preceding the claim, except where law mandates otherwise (including consumer rights that cannot be limited).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you qualify as a consumer under the Framework Act on Consumers, mandatory consumer protections apply. We prefer good-faith negotiation; where permitted, courts in Busan may have jurisdiction—see your enrollment documentation for any specific forum clause.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where law allows. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Program-specific cancellation terms appear in the Returns & Refunds policy and your enrollment email.
