2. Eligibility
Only individuals or organizations who completed enrollment and payment through our official channels may request refunds under this policy. Third-party resellers follow their own rules unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
3. Cooling-off window
Where the Framework Act on Consumers or other applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal period for remote contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without stating a reason, unless services have begun with your express consent—then deductions may apply as law permits.
4. Partial refunds and withdrawals after start
If you withdraw after a cohort begins, we calculate refunds based on unused instructional weeks/materials, minus non-recoverable costs we document (platform licenses already allocated, printed kits). Partial refunds are not guaranteed if your seat prevented another learner from enrolling.
5. Non-refundable items
Application fees explicitly labeled non-refundable, bespoke corporate engagements delivered on-site, or third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf may not be reversible once ordered.
6. Request steps
Email hello@brainyhublysharp.digital with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and issue decisions within ten business days unless we need more information.
7. Processing and methods
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on card networks or banks—typically 5–14 business days. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a dated transfer; we cover transfer fees in genuine cancellations attributable to us.
