Operational FAQ
Grouped loosely—limits called out where marketing copy usually hides them.
Scheduling & access
How do I know a cohort is confirmed?
A dedicated enrollment message lists instructors, week-by-week hours, and your reference tuition. Site copy alone is not a contract.
Do you record sessions?
Yes, by default for most labs, with a published retention window in the cohort pack. You may not republish recordings without written permission.
Can my employer pay directly?
Yes—our Corporate Training Lead issues operational quotes. Procurement timelines vary; we never expedite through fabricated scarcity.
Teaching philosophy
Why avoid loud guarantees?
Hiring markets shift; claims about salaries or promotions age poorly. We document skill artifacts instead of hypothetical paycheck arcs.
What critique should I expect?
Mentors mark ambiguous language, speculative attribution, and unclear rollback owners—similar to how reviewers challenge junior analysts.
Certificates
Are certificates regulatory approvals?
No. They attest participation and artifact review unless explicitly described otherwise. They are not substitutes for government licensing.
Vendor exams?
Some cohorts reference vendor blueprints, but exam vouchers are purchased separately unless clearly bundled—check your syllabus PDF.
Payments
Why show wide price spans?
Depth, mentor ratios, and employer subsidies shift totals. We publish spans so you can sanity-check before paperwork—not as standalone invoices.
Do you store payment cards on this website?
No checkout flows live here. Operational invoices route through agreed processors outlined in your enrollment packet.
Localization
Is instruction only English?
Live facilitation is English-forward with bilingual glossaries for KR learners. Some mentor notes may include Korean where clarity wins.
Limitations on localization?
We do not simultaneously translate every PDF mid-cohort; major translations require advance scheduling and may carry fees disclosed upfront.
